Why We Built This Site
Texas generally permits access to many court records, yet the correct custodian depends on the case. Crockett County District Clerk records include matters in the 112th District Court. The County Clerk serves the constitutional County Court and probate route. Precinct 1 Justice of the Peace keeps its own docket. re:SearchTX may provide some electronic records, but it is not a complete statewide index. We collect the official contacts, access limits, and request paths that help distinguish those sources.

What We Cannot Do
This is a privately operated reference site with no affiliation to a Texas court, clerk, or government agency. Its role has firm limits:
- We cannot pull an official docket sheet or case file for anyone
- We cannot change, reschedule, or reset a court date or hearing setting
- We cannot remove, seal, or amend a case on any docket
- We cannot issue certified copies of any docket, order, or court document
- We cannot give legal advice or explain how a specific case applies to you
- We cannot guarantee that every phone number, fee, or setting listed on this site is current right now
An official or certified Crockett County record must come from the clerk or court that maintains it. This site can only identify that source.
Search Partners
Outside providers power search boxes on some pages. Each provider controls its service, results, and prices. A paid signup reached through one of those tools may produce a referral fee that supports this resource. We neither set partner charges nor determine which records their systems return.
